Is there a limit on how many bookings can I have at any one time?
Yes. You can have up to three active bookings at any one time on your Cineville-card. If you reach this limit you will get an error message when you try to book. When you have seen one of these films you can make another booking with your card number.
You can always use your card to pick up walk-in tickets from the box office in the cinemas. You can do this earliest 90 minutes before the film starts.
In other words, it is only the possibility to pre-book tickets that is limited, not the usage of the card itself.
If you want to cancel a booking it is a bit different how you do this depending on which ticketing system the cinema uses.
- If the booking has been made using bio.se you will find a link to cancel the booking in the ticket you received in an email from them.
- At Bio Skandia and a few other cinemas you can not cancel by yourself, you will have to contact the Cineville support and they will do it for you: support@cinevillebio.se
